We have been busy in the workshop managing large extruded aluminium orders and supplying bespoke aluminium profiles via a range of fabrication methods.
Some of our latest projects include:
Entrance Control (Automated Queuing System)
We machined an aluminium box section which was 150mm x 150mm. We took out areas of the box, machining fixing holes and softened the sharp corners. We then powder coated the box section with a Pearl Dark Grey coating. The section is now ready for assembly for Airbar-Q – see youtube for parts in action here.
Electric Bicycle Parts
We have manufactured various parts from an aluminium extrusion in 6082T6 which includes being cut to length and punched. They then get anodised with either a Natural or Black coating before being delivered to the customer to install on the bicycles.
Extrusion for the Entertainment Industry
Supply of various aluminium extrusions for staging and track systems. These were supplied in 6+ metre lengths from a specialist contact who bead blast all parts before anodising, giving a much better consistent finish in both black and natural.
